Along this project we can
manage time effectively, established schedule, and communicate well. Effectively
in team based environment and condition. Although we had difficulty in reach
client but we can effort for it for our lecturer wishes. We also use
appropriate design methodologies to develop a multimedia product as the project
allow in rules. We also develop relevant procedures for all phases of
multimedia production including communication, documentation, version control,
change control. Develop and refine metrics from timesheet data and schedule the
time be given.
Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of
their own work and that of their peers. We also had difficult time in changing
to many design because its not satisfied. Make decision on team roles, the project,
team member’s time commitment and skills required. We plan and track a project
using a Gantt chart as known as our schedule and take to our next project.
Until this last final project, at last we completed it with effort and do our
best in developed it.
